Keeping Water, Sewer and Streets in Tip-Top Shape
The La Pine Public Works Department performs the repairs and maintenance of the City’s infrastructure, including Water Distribution, Wastewater Collection and Treatment, Streets, and Cemetery.
Meet Your Public Works Team
Public Works Manager Jake Obrist oversees maintenance of all public works systems. He supervises utility work crews and monitors water quality in La Pine. John Bales and Reed Campbell, utility workers, are responsible for the continual preventative maintenance of these systems. Some of these preventative maintenance programs consist of hydrant maintenance, septic tank maintenance, valve turning, sampling and testing city water and wastewater, and many other tasks that ensure the existence and quality of these systems into the future.
Need to Report a Problem?
Contact the Public Works Department to report leaks, water pressure, water outages, sewer problems, blocked storm drains, illegal dumping, and other public works issues as soon as you notice a problem.
