Virtual Meetings - How can you participate?

CALL IN:

You can call in to all public meetings and listen. We will have an opportunity for public comment. The call in information will be listed in the meeting information on our calendar. Please go to the calendar, click the meeting and you will find the information. 

PUBLIC COMMENT:

In order to keep the meeting orderly, we do ask that you send in a public comment form ahead of the meeting. We have attached the form below. Please email, fax or drop off your form in our City Hall Payment Drop Box PRIOR to the meeting. Public comment will be read aloud by the City Recorder and entered into the record.
