Welcome - Principal Planner Brent Bybee, AICP
The City of La Pine is happy to announce the addition of new staff member and Principal Planner, Brent Bybee, AICP. Mr. Bybee comes to La Pine with over seven years of community development and planning experience, and in excess of thirteen years of public service.
Mr. Bybee was most recently the Planning Manager for the Crook County Community Development Department, and has extensive exposure to rural planning having previously worked for Deschutes, and Wasco Counties.
Mr. Bybee holds the AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) designation, and earned his Bachelor's of Science degree from Oregon State University, majoring in Urban Land Use Planning with GIS in Natural Resources.
